I sorta have a new idea for a potential story. Just gotta give it time to formulate. The annoying part is that I had the idea when I was trying to sleep last night, so I was kept awake thinking about it and how it might work and such. blah. Anyone know anything about graffiti? I oughta read up on graffiti artists and such as research for this story idea.

Other news...

*I read The Autobiography of Malcolm X over the past couple of weeks. Once you get past the part of his life where he was a racist towards pretty much all whites, it's just kinda of a "WOW" thing, at least for me. It kinda makes me sad that he was killed right during possibly the biggest transition of his life.

*I drew a duck on my rubric for my first English essay. That should give you an idea of how much I half-assed it. Unsurprisingly, I got a shitty grade. x) However, things shall get better since I actually like my English teacher this year.

*My interest in Latin music continues to increase, which is a fact that has a tendency to surprise some of the Mexican chicks I chat up. Apparently, it's kinda odd for a white boy to enjoy listening to mariachi. Surprising people is kinda fun.

*Brecece·cecs? cò·acs? cò·acs? (points for anyone that gets the obscure reference)


Reckon that's about it for now. Hopefully I'll have something written by the end of the month, though I don't advise you to hold your breath. ;]
